Warranty

Our Bath Bomb Press has a 1 (one) year warranty (starting on the dispatch date) on all moving parts and only warranted for its intended purpose.  Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, alteration, or accidental. Warranty does not cover shipping of any parts to you. The customer is responsible for product and recipes testing to ensure compatibility and safety.

Terms of sale and use

We reserve the right to refuse any order that we feel is done so with ill intentions, suspected fraud, or for copycat purposes.

The customer is responsible for their own safety when using our bath bomb press, observing all the safety features installed on the press. No alteration to our machine is permitted.

Custom Moulds

Custom moulds made as per customer’s specifications from drawings and/or samples provided. We are not responsible for the products you create from these custom moulds. The customer is responsible for product and recipe testing to ensure compatibility and safety. All custom moulds are 100% non-refundable.
