Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Our policy: In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or refund.
If you return goods that have been used, we might refuse it or apply a minimum restock fee of 20% plus any other fees due to marks and damages.

All our presses and moulds sold on this website are brand new.
Each press has an unique and progressive serial number stamped in the back and this s/n is reported in the purchase invoice, so that the buyer knows the press is new.
Used presses or moulds are specified in the description and moved to "Special Offers" section.
